Yes, seriously.
I tried it last year, and they are incredible!! You can’t even tell that there are mashed potatoes in these.
We can’t really call them a “healthy treat”, because they have a lot of sugar in them. But at least they don’t contain any unhealthy fats. And they make a wonderful gift or party food to share!

I’m not a big peppermint fan is there any way to change this and use coconut? Like a version of the Mounds bar. Any and all suggestions are welcome. I love Mounds and Almond Joys. :O)
