Simple Summer Supper: Grilled Salmon
- Wild caught salmon fillets (1-2 per person)
- Homemade Tartar Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I use Hain Safflower Mayo)
- ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
- Grill salmon on low heat for approximately 20 minutes, turning once or twice as needed.
- While the meat is grilling, mix mayo and pickle relish to serve with the salmon.
- This is so easy it barely qualifies as a recipe.
