No-Bake Chocolate Fudge Bites (Low Sugar, Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
  • 1 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey (more if you prefer)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into teaspoon-sized (or whatever sized) balls.
  3. Refrigerate before serving.
