Cheesy Mashed Potato Leftovers {Eat Healthy Save Time}
- 6 cups leftover mashed potatoes (give or take)
- 1 cup sour cream (give or take)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (give or take)
- Stir together the mashed potatoes and sour cream.
- Spread into a 3 quart casserole dish (give or take).
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Refrigerate until you are ready to bake this dish.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes (give or take).
