Healthy Crock Pot Recipes: Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 1 - 14 ounce can marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh, torn spinach leaves
- 1 - 4 ounce can diced green chiles
- Mix all ingredients and place in a crock pot.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Alternate Cooking Method:
- Mix ingredients and spread in a pie dish or 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Bake in a 400° for 30 minutes and serve.
