This cake is incredible!! The only thing I found was that the not so good for you frosting recipe made twice as much as we needed on the cake. Threw it in a freezer bag in the freezer for next time!

These were great! Not too sweet, which I like. For dessert I put a little chocolate frosting on them, for a snack I wouldn't though. My kids gobbled them up, frosting or no frosting! For my one son that hates veggies this is a great way to get some in him. Thanks!

Another winner! My kids were skeptical, and even said they didn't want to try them, but after I said " great! more for me!", and then saw me take a bite of the chewy chocolate brownies, they had a little taste. Needless to say, that little taste turned into having a big brownie of their own....I wasn't sharing mine!
Thank you Laura!

I tried these over the weekend and used turbinado sugar in place of sucanat, and yogurt in place of the butter. Very moist with a deep chocolate flavor. Thanks so much!

AMAZING! Yumminess!!! :) I didn't want to have them on the counter so I cut them into small 1" cubes and froze them in baggies. Well it didn't help because we found they are fabulous right out of the freezer too!!! They don't get crunchy, but chewy and YUM-O!!! Sooooo sooooo good!!!
Thanks for sharing your recipies!!!

Thanks! I did these as cookies. Only modification (that i am aware of...I also don't measure ingredients and am NOT a perfectionist) was to add 1/3c chocolate chips and 1/3c white chips. Bake 350 10 mins. Cool. Delicious!!! I was going to do brownies, but the batter was so thick I thought they would be just as good made into cookies!

I made these last night. They are not near as pretty as yours! My husband and I were a little weary when we tasted the batter, but once we got a baked, center piece...YUMM. This is a keeper for me!

Thanks for your wonderful blog. Your whole wheat orange muffins are now a staple for our family.
