We’ve spread some on a toasted English muffin – yum. But then today. TODAY I made these No Flour Coconut Peanut Butter Cookies. I ate one and wasn’t sure if that was a good enough taste test, so I ate another one but thought I’d better just be sure, so I ate another one…
Yeah, I liked them. Probably a little too much. In fact, you really should congratulate me on stopping at only three cookies.
In my defense, they were small cookies. All three of them.
I know they don’t look small in the picture…but really they’re small. Trust me. Small cookies.
I actually had to talk out loud to get myself to stop. “Laura, step away from the cookies. That’s right…back away slowly….”
Anyway, I give an obvious two thumbs-up to this Coconut Peanut Butter…and if my thumbs could be even bigger…I’d give a really big two thumbs-up to this No Flour Coconut Peanut Butter Cookie recipe.
