Ten…Nine…Eight….

Check out this cool little tool I found today!

That shows you how many hours are left before the Healthy Living eBook Bundle sale is over.  I kind of thought that was fun.  (And I am totally going to use it for my boys to see if it helps them get their chores finished more quickly.  I mean, there’s even a soccer field/ball option for the counter.  They’ll love it.)

One book I wanted to point out from this package is the Sourdough A to Z eBook.  I reviewed it several months ago, and was so very impressed by it!    You will be amazed at everything you can make with a sourdough starter, all the different grains you can use – even gluten free if you need it!

We loved the Sourdough Muffins we made.  They were delicious and simple.

The Pita Bread was really fun to make and very tasty.  We had no idea before reading this book that we could actually make pita bread with sourdough.  (And it tasted….not sour.  It was awesome for our taste!)

And that’s just one of the 30+ eBooks you’ll receive in the Healthy Living eBook Package.

The countdown is on!  Did you grab your bundle deal yet?

I have got to stop thinking about food.  I had dental work done today and my mouth still isn’t funtioning well enough yet to eat all of these yummy foods!

Laura,I’m sorry you had dental work done. You poor thing. But I’m glad you’re having so much fun with your E-books. I’m having trouble deciding what recipe to try first, still looking over all of them. Anyway, I hope you’re able to get back to enjoying your food soon, and your mouth is feeling better.

Aren’t countdown clocks the greatest? My daughter recently “restarted” her clock for a new event, as the 179-day-countdown for the Celtic Thunder concert we attended a couple weeks ago is over. Her next event is choral concert in which she is performing, a mere 4 days away.

The sweet thing about her Celtic Thunder countdown (which she located on her computer desktop): Any day throughout the summer and fall, whenever her dad asked her, “How many more days?” she definitely knew the answer! Anticipation made this concert even better.
