It is not always easy to find a good source for healthy food items for your family. Finding high quality snacks (in a package) that you can feel good about? Sometimes that seems really difficult. And if you have decided to soak or sprout your nuts and grains, it is next to impossible to find anything that resembles “convenience food”.

Last week, JoshEWEa’s Garden sent us a nice package of their foods to try. Matt grabbed the Organic Mixed Nuts to take on soccer road trips and has really enjoyed the crispyness and variety in the package. The Nut Butter Tower has been too much fun. I think it goes without saying that the Pecan Pumpkin Pie Cereal is amazing this time of year. And for some reason, I’m hoarding the Sprouted Wheat Flour because I’m just so excited to use it! (That doesn’t even make sense, does it? It’s just that when it’s gone, it’s gone, and then I’ll be sad. Um, but I do know where I can get more, so I should just use it already.)
We are very impressed with the quality of these foods, and love that they are so rich in nutrients. And we love that JoshEWEa’s Garden is a family owned and run business.
