Weird. I was told by Vitacost the order was cancelled and there was nothing else that could be done when I called. Haven’t been contacted by them either. Guess some people got lucky. I still have no intention of shopping with them again.

I am with you–I had issues with them a while back when they were offering the $10 off promo, since I never received it. I sent at least four emails through their website form and directly through my email and never got a single reply. I was so frustrated! So yes…it seems that their service is VERY spotty. I will also never be attempting to shop with them again!

I had problems with the $10 offer as well, however, I called and the rep issued me a $10 credit to my order on the phone. Shipping was quick too!

The link to Bob’s Red Mill coconut doesn’t show organic. If you scroll down to the product details, it says ‘natural and healthy unsulfured coconut’ But nothing about organic.
Just thought you should know.

you could check Bob’s Red Mill website & see what coconut flour they sell, if only 1 then you’ll know/etc. There could be more info. posted or call Bob’s & ask your ?s.
