    Hi Laura,
I froze a 5 pound bag of almond flour and I was unaware it would freeze into a solid block. Oh my! I do not know what to do with it. Can I put it into smaller bags and refreeze it? Do I need to make 20 recipes with it? Please help! Thanks. :)

Oh no! Did it thaw and become usable again? I just store mine in a dry cool place, in a Rubbermaid tub to keep critters out.

I keep mine in the fridge. I think you could thaw for a while and get off whatever you needed. Then I would just
    put it in the fridge.

Pure maple syrup is cheaper than this at Sam’s and even the small bottles at Aldi come out cheaper.

Wow, those of you with Sam’s and Aldi (or Costco) close-by have such great purchase opportunities! So glad to hear that! (For me, the price of gas would negate the savings, so online works awesome for me. Plus I love having it delivered to my door.) :)

    Hi Laura!
Do you usually buy organic maple? I’ve read of some undesirable things in conventional maple syrup. I love the price on this, but am hesitant since it’s not organic.
Love your website buy the way!! Thanks for all you do! You have an amazing ministry here!
    Blessings!!

I don’t always buy organic – it just depends on what I have access to that is affordable. :)
