Rachel Ramm Fine Art Giveaway!
ByI admire anyone who has artistic ability, especially since anytime I try to draw a circle, it ends up looking like a lopsided gourd. I love seeing what gifted artists create with the talent God gave them.
Rachel Ramm is a young, self-taught artist, which is super impressive to me. Again, I love how she is using the gifts God gave her to create beautiful works. You can read more about Rachel here and read her blog Of Love and Beauty to get to know her better. (If the name Rachel Ramm sounds familiar, that may be because her mom, Paula Ramm, has been a sponsor here at Heavenly Homemakers and has offered giveaways for her wonderful Lilla Rose Flexi-Clips that I love. Ring any bells?!)
I find Rachel’s art captivating, especially her portraits of children. The way she can recreate the facial features and sweetness of a child’s face with a paint brush is spectacular. This one is my favorite…I think (tough to choose!). It’s called “Storybook Sisters” and I can’t pull my eyes away from it:
This one is called “Kathleen: Tea in Glowing Light”. Beautiful. LOOK at those eyes.

“Tea and Oranges” caught my eye as well. The Bible in the painting reminds me of my beloved Grandma’s. Plus, I just love the idea of spending part of the day with a cup of tea, a juicy orange, and some quiet moments in God’s word.
Visit Rachel’s website and gallery to see more of her wonderful work. This girl has talent.
Rachel is offering to giveaway an 8×10 photoprint valued at $20 to TWO winners of this giveaway. To enter, take a look at Rachel’s art choices here on her site. Then, come back here to THIS POST to leave a comment letting us know which print you’d choose if you’re a winner. You can also look at her work featured in her Rachel Ramm Fine Art Etsy Shop.
For extra entries, become a Facebook Fan of Rachel Ramm Fine Art and/or follow Rachel Ramm on Twitter and/or become a follower of Rachel’s blog, Of Love and Beauty. Please leave a separate comment on this post for each entry.
I’ll draw two random winners on Monday, April 25.

I love the picture of the cosy living room with the woodstove incased in the fireplace and the mantal up above. It makes me think of warm cosy winter nights with my children and husband around me, and me sitting in the rocking chair crocheting.

I think I would choose either Cozy Cottage or Tea and Oranges. Beautiful!
