ByI’m having tons of fun reading your responses to these questions. Thanks for humoring me.
As I was trying to come up with a “This…or That?” question for today however, all I could come up with was, “Paper…or Plastic?”
That question is about as exciting as if I’d asked you, “Cardboard, or Plywood?”
Might as well follow it up with, “Did you find everything you were looking for?” and “Can I help you out to the car with this today?”
So here’s what I decided to ask…and I promise to come up with a more creative question next week…
My favorite color is pink (always has been…but now in my houseful of blue…it seems expecially important to me).
What’s your favorite color? (and why?)

My favorite color is green. I don’t know why but I like all shades of green.

I’m with you. I gravitate towards pinks, and reds. But that’s just since I lost all my weight… before I would hide behind dark colors (and not just clothes- everything was dark- like I didn’t deserve to like pretty colors…) Probably deeper than you wanted- but now you know! :-)

Bluuuuuuuuuuuuue! Blue is so calming and pretty and versatile. It makes me feel safe and happy :) Funny, though, because as a kid I firmly believed that blue was a ‘boys color’ ONLY.

Blue has always been my favorite color, for as long as I can remember, but when I got pregnant with Martha, (but before I knew she was a Martha) I decided I wanted to wear pink EVERY DAY or as often as I could, in the hopes that it would make her a girl. (Because, you know, the color of my t-shirt was going to make all the difference). And once we found out for SURE that she WAS a girl, I really got serious about pink. After all these months, I think I can officially say that my favorite color is now pink. Especially when Martha wears it. Which is basically EVERY DAY OF HER LIFE. :-)

I’ve always liked blues and browns, with little rhyme or reason. Although now I have a hubby with brown hair and eyes, and thanks to farming in the sun, he turns a handsome shade of brown in the summer, too. (No amount of sunscreen is going to change that.)

I love blue! It makes me feel good; its calming. The sky is blue, the ocean is ble, …calming. Never thought of it as a boy color, I always thought of little blue flowers!:-)

My favorite is lavender. I don’t know what made me like it so much, but with a February birthday “my” flower and birthstone are lavender also, so it works out pretty well. Lavender also happens to be my favorite scent – I guess I’m slightly obsessed!

Pink. I don’t know why, I just gravitate towards it all. the. time. :) And I have 3 girls, so that helps.

It depends on what the color is for. For home decorating, I currently love brown, cranberry, and green. My wedding colors were three different shades of pink. And my wardrobe goes through rotations of colors. Right now I like orange, browns, khaki, greens, and denim blue. Guess I’m strange. I used to love purple but now I don’t like it as much.

PINK- because I’m a girly girl!! I’m light complected and look better in light, springy colors… like pink. :o) I use it a lot in decorating my home- my fave decor is (of course) Shabby Chic (think pink!).
