I'm weighing in on it late, but...brownies and Cheetoes (you know like the ones you had to buy for your son's birthday!)

My biggest weakness is peanutbutter fudge, my great grandmother's recipe. It melts in your mouth! I just have to make it every now and then. It has peanutbutter, sugar, milk, butter, vanilla and karo white corn syrup in it. Any ideas on how to replace the sugar or corn syrup and still have it turn out? You cook the butter, sugar, milk and corn syrup to softball and then stir in the peanutbutter and vanilla. I already use natural peanutbutter and organic milk and butter. If anyone knows how to substitute a healthier sweetener in this kind of recipe, PLEASE let me know:)

Like Marie, I wish the list was so short.

Iced Mocha with a shot of Cinnamon flavor and tons of whipped cream at my fave indy coffee shop

Anything baked by my MIL

Chocolate Dream (there is a fancy Italian name they have for it... Sogna di Ciccolata or something) at Carrabba's. Basically a Kahlua Brownie. OH, YUM!

This is totally off topic, but oh well... I just made your "Giant Breakfast Cookies" this morning for a fun change. We loved them!! I used 1/2 cup choc. chips and 1/2 cup raisins. Take my word for it folks, this recipe is most definitely worth the time - again and again and again!
