How amazing that you were able to have such a nice time. And how priveleged to meet Crystal. I read her blog for a couple years (the ONLY blog I read at the time) and just started blogging myself in February in hopes of inspiring and encouraging someone else the way she has done for me!

So fun! And your comment about little Malachi not remembering Amy's daughter's name - I have a funny story for you:

When my cousin CHRIS was born, my mom told my aunt (her sister) that she was going to call him "Chrissy". I am one of three girls and once when "Chrissy" came to visit, he looked at my youngest sister and said, "I think your mom's calling you." (He was about 6 or 7 at the time and my sister was like 9 or 10.) My sister looks at him and says, "Uh, no. Actually she's calling YOU." Like he's not been called "Chrissy" by his aunt since he was BORN - and not to mention my sister's name wasn't even CLOSE to "Chrissy"! It was so funny! Now he's in his 20s and my mom STILL calls him Chrissy. :o)

Thanks for your post and your photos. I smiled and laughed out loud, and I'm SO glad I stopped by!

That is awesome that you got to see your family. It's hard living far away from our parents and everyone else (I know)! And an added plus, you got to meet up with some online friends! That is the coolest!! Glad you made it safe there and back!! God is good!

It was so wonderful to get to meet you, Laura... frozen pizza and all. ;)

I'm really hoping it works out for another meet-up with you and Amy in the not-too-distant future as I feel like we barely scratched the surface in our discussions and there's so much more I'd love to pick both of your brains about!
