I've been beyond excited these past couple of weeks to be saying "oh, let me just go out to the garden to get that...". And let me tell you, these veggies are yummy! It's fun to see another gardener enjoying her harvest! Great menu (and yummy sounding enchilada bake- I do a similar one with beans and peppers in it, too- we top it with sour cream and it's so good).
