Learn and Grow Preschool Curriculum Giveaway

malachipaintingbutter2sm

I love doing reviews and giveaways!  It’s incredibly fun to receive packages in the mail and then tear them open and enjoy the contents!

This time, Michelle sent me a copy of her pre-school curriculum called Learn and Grow, filled with 130 daily lesson plans with over 700 planned activities to use with your pre-schoolers!

Plans are broken into weeks…each week has a special theme.  Really, really fun themes!  Whales and apples and pets and healthy foods and nursery rhymes and quilts and springtime….just to name a few.  Every theme has incredible, simple activities to do with your child(ren).

The projects and activities are easy to put together, no difficult or hard-to-obtain supplies necessary.  While there are a few pages in the back of the book to copy for the child to color, most of the activities are hands-on.  Activities that encourage your child to touch, smell, listen, think…experience new things!    (Psst…if you click over to Michelle’s website and notice that it is called “Homeschool Your Boys” and you happen to have GIRLS!!! take note that this curriculum is absolutely written for both girls and boys alike!  She just has extra resources on her site specific to boys.)

Take a peek at some sample pages of this book…which gives you just a tiny glimpse into the treasure that this book is.  I promise that if you held this book in your hands, you would be filled with excitement over all the great experiences you could have with your pre-schooler(s)!

This curriculum is good stuff!  Malachi and I will be having a blast together as we work through this book (and I’m thinking his bigger brothers will even want to join us).

Learn and Grow is perfect for home schooling parents…but even if you don’t home school and just want a great go-to resource of activities to help your child learn new things…you would find this book very useful!

Great ideas for preschoolers– at least what I saw in the sampler. I like the idea of keeping them active/moving while they are learning. My “can’t sit still for a moment” preschooler would love this!

I’m a busy Grandma working full-time, 40 hrs a week and I’m also writing preschool curriculum for my two little grandsons so that their even busier stay-at-home mother can homeschool them for their preschool years. They are ages 3 and 2 and have a 1yr old sister :-0. How I would LOVE to have this curriculum for next year so we could BOTH enjoy school a lot more!!!
