Hi Laura,
Thanks for letting us know what we can get for free. I love you, and I love your website, and I love your ministry. You are my sister in Christ. But this stuff is not “free.” I tried to download several items, and they don’t just want my email address (which is absolutely all that is needed to get a download.) Both products, from separate sites, wanted my billing address, etc. That is not “free.” That’s giving away personal information, in a time crunch, making personal decisions without time to consider if I want to give my information to these sites that I had previously not heard of. So I will not try any more. I have lost enough time. I understand that sites need email addresses in order to make money. But they don’t actually need my last name or billing information. A demand for so much information is a sign that they are either out of touch, or not trustworthy. Just a warning! Keep doing good work. Love you!

So sorry for my delay in replying – we have been at church camp this week with sketchy internet!
I am extremely disappointed to hear this, and so glad you shared your kind and honest feedback! The people I worked with on this assured me it would all be free, so I have no idea why so many involved chose to make it complicated and ask for so much information. It makes no sense when like you said, all they should need is your email address!!
I will absolutely be giving feedback to “the powers that be” on this one. Did you at least get to download the free Family Scriptures Printables I offered? I promise it was totally, actually, very, very free!! :)

I agree with Kate, above: Love your website and what you do, but…can’t find anything that is FREE! I admit I didn’t check out every resource, but after looking at 4 or 5, I am finished. Extremely disappointing—downloading this was on my To-Do List all week so I wouldn’t miss it. :-( I don’t understand.

I am so glad to hear your feedback on this and am so disappointed with how this turned out! I will be sharing this with the people in charge because when someone tells me I can offer this great freebie with you, I want them to hold up to their end of the deal.
So sorry, and I so appreciate your kindness and honesty in sharing how this worked (or rather, didn’t work) for you.
Did you at least get the very free, totally free, actually free Family Scriptures Printable I offered? :)
