You went from part 11 to part 13... I've started using the "good" stuff even when we are taking our goodies somewhere. I let everybody compliment me on how good they taste (have to get a boost up once in a while!) :-) And then I tell them "those are "good for you" treats." They look at me all weird and I explain. I wait to tell them though, so they have already tried them and know that they taste great- then they can't be skeptical or not try it because of something that's in them (or not in them)!
