I just placed my order and you have to add it to your cart. Also-I am so bummed! The coconut cream extract seems to be sold out! I keep getting a "this product not available at this time" message. :-( Oh weel-I got some expeller pressed oil instead-will be nice to use in cooking. :-) Thanks for sharing this awesome deal! Oh, and the free shipping code from Monday worked for me, too!

I'm not actually sure you need to put it in your cart. It may just come free with your order automatically.

If you are a new customer though, that price should be automatically deducted from your cart. I'm not sure how it works these days, but my understanding is that you should get it free as a new customer.

We've used coconut oil for about 4 years now. Here's our observation: although virgin coconut oil is less refined and a bit better for you than expeller-pressed, it is not as easy to incorporate into the diet as the flavorless, expeller-pressed. We use easily 4X as much expeller as we do virgin simply because the virgin has such a strong coconut flavor that you can't mask it in your cooking. You'd have to really like that flavor to use it in all your cooking. Expeller-pressed we use for frying up anything, melt it and use it in cakes, pancakes, etc., absolutely any place you need oil. It tends to crisp up cookies though so for example, don't replace all the butter in your cchocolate chip cookies with coconut oil, try 1/2 or 1/3 replacement and see what you like.

Try a spoonful of CCC (coconut cream concentrate) right out of the jar! It's delish and will give you lots of energy. Add it to hot cocoa for a wonderful, creamy treat. Add the CCC jar to a bowl of hot water to melt, then mix it with natural PB to make your own coconut PB like TT sells on their web site. May sound odd but I'm telling ya, it's good stuff!

I was just sent a note on another website that had a GREAT idea for coconut cream: for one, yes you can dilute it with water and use like coconut milk. Coconut milk is simply 17% fat, whereas coconut cream has to be 24% or higher to be called that. Second, this is the idea she shared that I LOVED-- blend coconut cream with cream cheese, vanilla and some honey or maple syrup and you have yourself an awesome cream cheese frosting! I'm super excited to try it.
