This sounds delicious and another great way to get my granddaughter to eat peanut butter. But I'll probably use Agave syrup. Similar consistency, so should work well. Thanks for the great recipes! It's so great to stumble upon a site where health is as much a focus as pleasure (and pleasure, obviously, as much a focus as health!). Yum!

A yummy delight! We used crunchy peanut butter. We will probably try adding rolled oats sometime...won't be fudge but might be good.

Wow! I saw this recipe about a month ago, but didn't get to try it until today (I was too busy making mudballs!). It is so delicious, I need to put it away so it lasts until the kids get up from their naps! :-) Thanks for all the blogging, Laura. I thoroughly enjoy it and have learned a lot!

I just made this. I was excited to see that it did not call for butter, since my daughter was just diagnosed with a soy and dairy allergy. It was my first time using non-dairy chocolate chips and all I could find was semi sweet. It turned out great and lasted about a day, with our family of six, only because it was so rich that we had to eat little bits at a time. Thanks so much!

I finally got around to making this! Oh SO yummy!! The best part is, my daughter can eat it! She is gluten-free & dairy-free so fudge is a real treat for her. Thanks for the great recipe!

I'm a new reader, visiting from Tammy's blog. This looks like a fantastic recipe. I have eight little Lambies and one handsome Honey! We eat dessert only on Saturdays, so this will get a doubling and a try this week.

I look forward to seeing more simple and healthy recipes!
