I canned peaches today. After processing, there is a lot less liquid than there was. Most of the jars (That I thought I packed very tightly and filled with liquid) have about 2 inches at the top with no liquid. I tried to remove air bubbles, but maybe I didn't get them all. My question is, will they keep? Should I open them, add more liquid and reseal? Thanks!
