im always on a Gluten Free diet. i really hate my allergy to gluten because i love the taste of wheat bread. oh well, you just got to live with it.

I have gluten allergy since childhood. I am always on a Gluten Free diet and i use guar gum in some of may baked foods.

I made these last night and they WERE yummy! I did change it up a bit and I added some flaked coconut. I took them to my Bible study and everyone loved them!

Oh my goodness!!! YUM-O! I came home and made these before I even started dinner and now I am having to distract myself until they are cool so that I don’t just go sit down in front of the pan with a spoon!!! MMMM!
I think next time I’m gonna try making these with almond butter (tomorrow maybe…)
