I've been making my own tortillas for about a year and the taste
is so much better than bought that my husband doesn't want me to stop
making them. You do get really fast at making them. My kids beg for
them when they come hot off the griddle and my husband has one with
eggs in the morning and one at lunch with cheese and he has so lost
weight! I think it would be great to make breakfast burritos to freeze
so that my kids can grab one for breakfast as we have given up on
cold cereal. I do make egg muffins available for them to eat which is
quick in the morning.

Me, too! We are serving Easter breakfast for 75 in two weeks making the microwave not at all feasible. On our annual vacation, we stop in a small town that serve over a thousand handmade, frozen and reheated in roasters burritos. I can't find those instructions anywhere, but your oven instructions should be more translatable than microwaving. Thanks!

Hello! Love you recipes and your website! I was wondering what kind of salsa you use? Is it homemade or an organic salsa you buy from the store? Thanks!

I made them like the instructions and individually wrapped each in
foil, then stuck them all in a gallon ziplock. It took awhile to
wrap them, but it was worth it to pull one out, unwrap the foil,
wrap in a wet paper towel and heat in the microwave. Super easy
on-the-go breakfast. The paper towel keeps the tortilla from drying
out. Just make sure not to overheat. I do about 1:45.

Did you bake them in the oven first?! Or just like this, freeze, and then microwave?!

I create the burritos when my tortillas are fresh and still warm. Otherwise they do crack! Or, I warm them up on the stove a little bit to make them pliable again.
