Hello! Love you recipes and your website! I was wondering what kind of salsa you use? Is it homemade or an organic salsa you buy from the store? Thanks!

I made them like the instructions and individually wrapped each in
foil, then stuck them all in a gallon ziplock. It took awhile to
wrap them, but it was worth it to pull one out, unwrap the foil,
wrap in a wet paper towel and heat in the microwave. Super easy
on-the-go breakfast. The paper towel keeps the tortilla from drying
out. Just make sure not to overheat. I do about 1:45.

Did you bake them in the oven first?! Or just like this, freeze, and then microwave?!

I create the burritos when my tortillas are fresh and still warm. Otherwise they do crack! Or, I warm them up on the stove a little bit to make them pliable again.

I just made your stromboli with your sausage recipe for dinner last night, it was a HUGE HIT! I'm going to try making these burritos with cheese, the turkey sausage and instead of regular eggs use my "green eggs" recipe I got from the deceptively delicious cook book. Basically you just wilt then puree a lb of spinach and whisk it into your eggs and them scramble cook them. I think they'd be a hit in these burritos! (add some oj or orange slices or anything high in vitamin c with the same meal and your body will more easily absorb the iron in the spinach.)

My son has the same type of allergy. I made some for him with frozen
tater tots instead of the eggs.

These look great!! Do you know of a way to make them without scrambled eggs? My son can't eat eggs (but he can eat egg cooked into something, like bread, cake, etc.). A friend told me about your breakfast cake recipe, and the kids love it! So I've been sitting here for the last hour looking at your breakfast recipes to see what I could make for my family tomorrow. Thanks for having such a great site!
