I’ve shared this with you before, but let me say it again: I LOVE BEEF. Chicken is great, turkey is nice, and venison works for me too. I made one of their beef roasts on Monday, and it melted in our mouths. It was the best roast I’ve ever eaten, and again, I’m not exaggerating. All six of us agreed (and fought over who got seconds). So, not only is this beef extremely healthy for us to eat, it is delicious.
