I beg to differ on the chocolate. Chocolate comes from cocoa beans, beans are vegetables, and therefore, chocolate is a vegetable (which is a food group). ;)

Just teasing you. I stumbled onto your blog about a month ago, and I really have enjoyed it. I am definitely looking forward to the food information!

I know this series isn't all about ME :>) but I keep thinking of things - how about "what's in Laura's pantry"? I would love to know the sorts of things you keep on hand and what you do with them.

The little one still isn't quite walking but I think tooth #2 may be appearing soon! (At least, that's the indication I got at 1:30 this morning . . .)

Ooh, I know you have some recipes along these lines, but a deal breaker for me is snacks. After spending the first couple of hours in a day with a clingy and fussy little one, once I put her down for a nap I want something quick to eat before I fall back into bed myself for hopefully a bit mroe shuteye. I *know* I should pull an apple out, but the poptarts just seem easier. I'll try not to inundate you with comments on this. :>)

I'm looking forward to this series, Laura! I'd like to know if you grind your own wheat for flour... and if so, how difficult/easy is that to do??

Blessings!

I can't wait! I hope you cover the different types of sweetners that you use, the benefits, etc.

I'd also like to know a bit more about why you are making these food choices for your family. (Or link to prior posts - I still need to go back and read your previous stuff).

Looking forward to hearing all of it!

I'm open to hearing about anything!! This morning we made a yummy omelet with red peppers. Oh, was it good. If it was just me I would have also added mushrooms and zuchinni.
