FlexiPan Giveaway from Demarle

By · Oct,15 2012

I have found a new love.

Shannon, a consultant with Demarle, sent me a Brioche Tray to try out, along with a perforated baking sheet.   Made from food grade silicone and woven glass, I am thrilled with all I can do with my new tray.  It’s one of the easiest kitchen products I’ve ever worked with!

Elias (age 10) and I decided to try our new pan by making some mini Lemon Cakes.  I think we chose well.  This was so easy to do, and they turned out perfectly!

Those little white clumps would be the powdered sugar that didn’t dissolve.
That’s what happens when you use organic powdered sugar.
We ate them anyway without any trouble…
 ;)

My favorite thing about my new FlexiPan?  The little cakes popped right out, making clean up soooooo stinkin’ easy!  I’m going to start making muffins in these so that I don’t have to use paper liners and so that I don’t have to spend three hours after breakfast scrubbing gunk out of my muffin tins.

My other favorite thing?  I read that you can freeze food in these and that the food will pop right out for easy storage.  I’m going to be trying that next.  I’m so excited.  I’m thinking personal pot pies, quiches, sloppy cornbread muffins…

After playing with my new FlexiPan, I went and looked around at the other products on the Demarle websiteSomeone hold me back.  I’ll take one of everything!  Oh wait – does that sound a bit unreasonable?  Well then, maybe I’ll take two of everything.  ;)

I really recommend that you check into investing in one of these great products to try it out.  I love anything that makes cooking and clean up easier.  These products fit that criteria perfectly on all accounts.

Today, Shannon is giving away one Large Perforated Baking Sheet and a Bundt Mold.  I soooo want one of those.  (Or two.)

Interested in winning?  Leave a comment on this post to be entered in this great giveaway.  For a second entry, like Shannon’s Demarle Facebook Page.  For a third entry, place an order, then come back and leave a comment letting us know that you did.  Shannon will donate 10% of all sales that are generated to her local food pantry, St. Matthew 25 Care and Share Soup Kitchen in Lafayette, IN.

I will draw a random winner on Friday, October 19.  Be watching for a post stating the winner as you will be responsible for contacting me if your name is chosen.
