Simple Broccoli Bacon Chicken

Serves: 6-8
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 head fresh broccoli
- ½ pound cooked bacon crumbles
- 2 cups shredded cheese (any of your favorites will work!)
- Lay chicken in the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- Cut broccoli into florets and place them on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle bacon crumbles over the chicken and broccoli.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until chicken has cooked through and juice runs clear.
