Simple Shredded Ranch Chicken (for tacos or salad)

- 2-3 pounds boneless chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning*
- 3 Tablespoons dry Ranch Seasoning**
- Place chicken in the bottom of a crock pot.
- Drizzle on olive oil.
- Sprinkle on seasoning mixes.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred chicken and serve with favorite taco toppings on hard or soft shells.
