5-Minute Stove-top Granola

Ingredients
  • 4 cups whole oats
  • ¼ cup sucanat
  • 1 cup coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Melt coconut oil in a medium-sized pan on the stove.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in oats and sucanat.
  3. Serve immediately, or allow it to sit a while to dry somewhat. We like it both ways.
Notes
Add-in options:

Nuts like almonds, pecans, or walnuts
Coconut flakes
Dried fruit like cranberries, raisins, or blueberries
Chocolate Chips
