5-Minute Stove-top Granola

Serves: 6 servings
- 4 cups whole oats
- ¼ cup sucanat
- 1 cup coconut oil
- Melt coconut oil in a medium-sized pan on the stove.
- Remove from heat and stir in oats and sucanat.
- Serve immediately, or allow it to sit a while to dry somewhat. We like it both ways.
Add-in options:
Nuts like almonds, pecans, or walnuts
Coconut flakes
Dried fruit like cranberries, raisins, or blueberries
Chocolate Chips
