No-Bake Snickerdoodle Bites - A Quick and Easy Low Sugar Treat
- 1 cup creamy almond butter or peanut butter (almond butter is my fav for these)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup coconut flour
- Mix the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into teaspoon-sized (or whatever sized) balls.
- Refrigerate before serving - or just start eating because who can wait?
