Crock Pot Chicken Tacos
- 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups salsa
- Place chicken (frozen, thawed, upside down, whatever) into your slow cooker.
- Pour salsa over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
- Shred chicken mixture.
- Serve with any of your favorite taco fixin's.
