		<description>I&#039;ve had the same problem with my baked goods, but then I realized that
the batter hardened up when I added cold ingredients (which makes 
sense, since it&#039;s solid at room temperature). I think the key is to use
ingredients that are warm at least to room temperature.</description>

		<description>I have a question for you about the coconut oil...  I tried to put it in some pumpkin pancakes and of course it got solid again.  Is there a way to avoid that?  Would palm oil be better to use for that?</description>
