While every month of the year is great in some way or another…I am reminded now that it is May…of how much I LOVE THIS MONTH!
I love it because we finish our school work…the garden gets planted, but the hard work of watering, weeding, harvesting and preserving isn’t happening yet…the weather is usually mild…we get to play outside a lot.
I feel like May is sort of a month of down time for me. (relatively speaking, of course!)
It’s a breath of fresh air. I feel more like I can take the time to play games with the boys. I get to hang clothes on the line for the first time.
And there aren’t many bugs yet!!
AND…all over my yard…these sweet little wildflowers pop up!
So yes…today I’m grateful for the month of May!

Hi Laura-
I love the month of May too. Especially the no bugs part. I also love seeing all the green after the winter!
Have a great week!

I agree May is a great motivating time for me to get things done.
For some reason I have felt a burst of energy this month. So it must be the fresh air and wonderful weather.
Pretty flowers!

Amen! Mine is kinda similar to yours, weird! I had my first insect visitor “fly” into my home today. Unfortunately it had a crash landing!

I love the month of May, too! (Although, as we’re going camping today, I have a feeling that I may run into a bug or two!)

Happy Spring everyone!
Today’s post on my blog is about little reminders that I’m not invisible. I could use some of you ladies sending a little more of your mental sunshine my way.
