We love Azure Standard. I am always so excited when we get our order too. I also love to set it out and look at it all.
We live on an island in Southeast Alaska so our order comes from Seattle by barge! It takes a little longer for us to get the order but it is wll worth it.
My husband knows the wonderful people who started/own Azure Standard and I had the pleasure of meeting them when we were down in the lower 48 a couple of years ago. What a blessing to meet them.
Thank you for your wonderful blog. I check it daily and am always blessed by reading it. I have cooked some delicious recipes from you and always exclaim to my husband, “This is a Heavenly Homemaker Recipe” when he raves about it!
I am learning to cook healthier and since I started reading your blog we have switched to Coconut Oil, I got a Nutrimill and began grinding our flour and making homemade whole wheat bread, and I am anxiously awaiting my new bosch mixer to come in the mail. I have been saving my pennies and had a garage sale last weekend and finally got enough to order it. I have not bought bread since November when I recieved my grinder from my husband for my birthday. I had been using a KitchenAid to make my bread but it was starting to have a hard time when I tried to make 3 loaves at a time. I have not tried to make it by hand yet but I may have to in the next few days if my Bosch doesn’t arrive as I already sold my Kitchenaid. I have watched your tutorial for making bread a few times.
I almost wrote to you a couple of times when I was grinding flour because I always seemed to have flour all over the place while grinding. I just discovered last week that the nice plastic cup is not a scoop but an air filter. What a difference that made!
Thanks for you inspiration to cook healthier for my family and to be a better wife.
I don’t comment too much but I am here reading and taking it all in. I have two wonderful children, a boy who just turned 3 and a girl who will be 2 in a week.

I noticed that someone responded and said they made four loaves a week, not sure if you knew this or not but with the new bosch you can make 6-9 depending on the size of the loaf. We only have two children right now but I make nine 6″ loaves and freeze what I am not using.

Thanks Jesica.
I received my Bosch and I LOVE it! I have made 4 loaves at a
time so far and was thinking of trying to make 6 loaves in a
few days and freezing a few and sharing a few loaves. I haven’t
tried freezing any bread yet because I was only making 2 loaves
with the KitchenAid and couldn’t really make any more at one time.
Do you just put your bread in a ziploc and freeze it? Does it dry
out? It would be so nice to get ahead and have a loaf or two in
the freezer so if I was busy the day we were running low I wouldn’t
have to make it. There is so much I want to try with my Bosch.
There are some great looking recipes in the book that came with
the Bosch and Laura has some more recipes I want to try. The crackers
and the cinnamon rolls are something I will be trying soon.
Thanks for the reply Jessica. Sherry

I actually just use bread bags and twist ties to freeze my bread in,
but if your loaves fit in ziploc bags that would work fine as well. I
actually like freezing my bread as opposed to just putting it in the
refrigerator. In the freezer, after I thaw it is as moist as the day I
made it. Alaska sounds neat… I live on a West Texas farm and vineyard
with my husband and two almost three children.
I wish Azure Standard delivered to Michigan. :( These prices really look good!

I’m getting ready for my first order and couldn’t be more excited!! The prices on the organic produce are incredible! I had been jealous of my friend who could get Bountiful Harvest baskets–not available in Las Vegas and this is pretty close. Thank-you so much for brining this to my attention. You’ve just changed my life!! Seriously.
Sherry–you will LOVE LOVE LOVE your Bosch. I make 4 loaves 1xa week without even blinking. Such a great investment!!

Wow! I am so excited! We are moving to Springfield MO next month so I will definitely be ordering from Azure. I was wondering where I could buy my wheat, now I know!! Those prices for organic produce sound wonderful!

For people living outside Azure delivery route there is a similar company by the name United Buying Clubs. They handle eastern states.
I do have a question about how do you pay for your order? With United Buying Clubs they invoices everyone together under one invoice and we (our group) issue the drive one check. As a result of this there is a person that places our order as a whole then we pay her individually.

We each put our orders in individually and pay individually. It is SO simple. You can either pay with a credit card online or give the truck driver a check when you pick up your order.

Hi I am interested in seeing if you deliver on the Oregon coast. I’m in Bandon Oregon.
