I’ve never ordered from Azure Standard, but I would love to as their prices are great. However, I am really not sure how it works. Can someone give me a down and dirty of the how-to’s. Thanks!

Laura, is this where you get your apples? (I’ve been curious since I noticed a recent post about “finally” getting down to 50lbs of apples! I dont think ive ever SEEN that many apples in a kitchen!)

I do get apples from Azure often, usually about 40 pounds at once for snacking on. But my 150 pounds I got from a local orchard.

Have you tried the Concorde pears? I was going to order Bartletts, but they are all gone.

I haven’t tried the Concorde, but I thought they looked good!

How about stabbing the pumpkin with an ice pick? Not enough air release?

That may work, but you’re right, it may not be enough air release.

I would like to split the pears with Kristi (or anyone else) if she is still interested.
