A Taste of Italy
ByYesterday, some teen friends of mine and their moms (also friends of mine!) came over to learn how to make mozzarella cheese! I’ve been making cheese for about a year and a half, trying to perfect the process (wonder if I ever will?). So, they were interested to see how it worked. Thankfully, it worked pretty well yesterday. It tasted good too!

I would love your recipe. I make farmers cheese and cream cheese but I haven’t branched out to something fancy pants like mozzarella.
