(Aren't they great?!) And she suggested that we do a casserole swap. I made two turkey shepherd's pie and two penne bakes. She made two veggie lasagnas and two chicken pot pies. Then we swapped. We do something similar w/cookies. That way we all don't have to make 12 dozen different cookies (a little exaggeration, but sometimes it feels like it!) ourselves. We each make one or two dozen cookies and then we take a platter (or two) and get different kinds of cookies! mmmmm fudge!!!

Fudge… yummmmm…. I actually found a great recipe last week that was full of coconut oil to help my boys eczema and local honey to help with their environmental allergies! In case you’d like to take a look:
