    So, you’re making the batch and freezing it raw? Does the thawing process make your crunchy flakes soggy?

    Looks yummy! I do have that cookbook, but haven’t made the ranch chicken yet.

    I put them directly into the oven from the freezer. Haven’t had an issue with sogginess. :)

    This e-book is sooo the best ever! Crunchy Ranch Chicken has become our favorite…along with the Chicken Strips fried in Palm Shortening! YUMMY!
