Yesterday, I sent my oldest three to one of our neighbors to borrow 2 ozs. of milk that I needed for a recipe. They came back 30 minutes later. Keep in mind, we live in a condo right now and our neighbor's front door is literally 12 steps from ours. The youngest had 3 worms in her hand, the middle one had 2 pockets overflowing with rocks, and the oldest (the "responsible" one) somehow managed to spill the 2 oz of milk on the LONG walk home. Oh, and they also begged our wonderful 85 year old neighbor to bake them some chocolate chip cookies, which she did and dropped off today. :) This was SO fun to read. I love your randomness. :) I want you to write a post like this every week.

So, I wasted a bunch of gas, but enjoyed time with my mom and my kiddo. Now, we're home trying to catch up on emails. (Dad tore up some bread in too big pieces and she put too many in her mouth at once. It popped right out, though!) I've picked peas twice from the garden, but haven't convinced hubs to dig me some potatoes. I am so thankful to live in a place with four seasons but I wish this hot, humid one wasn't quite so long. What happened to spring and fall? And, one final note of randomness, I sold some baby food jars on e-bay! Not for much, but at least they didn't go in the trash.
