If you struggle to get work or a project completed; If you are frustrated because you seem to be stuck in the same ol’ patterns of not getting enough sleep, not getting enough exercise, not doing whatever it is that you feel that you should be doing better; If you constantly feel guilty about what you aren’t getting accomplished each day; If you are discouraged because you want to improve some areas in your life but you really have no idea where to start…
Then I’d say you will really enjoy and appreciate 21 Days to a More Disciplined Life.
I really liked what Crystal said on Day 7: “…remove the phrase ‘I’ll try’ from your vocabulary. Don’t try it, do it!” I love this. If we say we will do something, then we are much more likely to actually do it than if we say we will try to do something.
During each of the 21 days, Crystal offers practical advice, then a simple assignment to get you well on your way to becoming more disciplined. The book is concise and to the point, with a huge dose of encouragement and practicality. You can do this!!
