In the interest of saving you some green, and because we think the idea of the Groupon is so much fun…we decided to create a little something similar here. (You are signed up for Groupon, right? It has nothing to do with our special deal here…I was just wondering.) :)
Now through Monday, March 21, you can purchase a $10 Heavenly Homemakers Gift Certificate for only $5!!! That means you pay only $5 for $10 worth of items in the Heavenly Homemakers Shop! By taking advantage of this, you have the opportunity to save big time on our eBooks, or even receive $10 off our Curriculum Kit!
Unlike the way the actual Groupon thing works, there is no minimum number of people who have to sign up for this deal for it to activate. The certificates are open to everyone…starting now! Gift certificates may be used immediately upon purchase (that is…as soon as you receive the code!).
Here’s the fine print…please read it carefully:
Limit TWO certificates per customer/household. Your two certificates may be combined when used in the shop. Certificates expire one week after purchase. You will receive your certificate code by email within 12 hours of your purchase. You may purchase the gift certificates as gifts and send the code to be used by a friend or loved one, but still the limit of two certificates purchased per household applies. Certificates are good for purchase of all items in the Heavenly Homemakers Shop except for the Hand Crocheted Items.

I’d love for you to share about this on your blog! You won’t receive affiliate money if your readers purchase these certificates, but you WOULD receive commission once they use their certificates to purchase ebooks. Does that make sense?

ACK, and I just realized that I told you wrong. The only way you would earn affiliate money is if the person spent OVER the amount of her certificate amount. SO, if she bought 2 certificates, she would have $20 of certificate money to spend. If she bought a curriculum kit for $45, $20 of it would be “free”, but you would earn 33% of the $25 she still had to spend.
HOWEVER, if she had $20 of certificate money and spent $19.95 in my shop, making her total $0…you wouldn’t earn anything. :(
SO sorry for the confusion. This is the first time we’ve run anything like this, so we’re figuring it all out. It would be great if you want to share this on your blog, but you may find that it is better for you commission wise if you wait and share when we are just running a “normal” sale.
Now to choose what to buy–tooo many great choices.
